Abingdon District Explorer Scouts

There are 6 Explorer Units in and around Abingdon - a market town on the banks of the River Thames in Oxfordshire. Our District extends from Kingston Bagpuize in the west to Radley in the East, and from Boars Hill in the North to Sutton Courtenay in the south west.

There are over 40 Explorer Scouts in the District with active programmes including sailing, walking, flying and everything in between including go-karting, climbing, archery and camping. We've been to Jamborees around the world and camped in many places around the UK.
